In addition to insurance defense and coverage issues, he has litigated toxic tort claims involving asbestos, benzene and cadmium exposure.  He handles a variety of product liability claims, insurance fraud issues and property disputes.

Rob Luthman left a large New Jersey law firm to become a partner with Weir Attorneys where he has continued to build upon his career as New Jersey insurance defense counsel for a variety of clients.  He is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney.  Mr. Luthman also serves as an arbitrator in Mercer County, New Jersey Superior Court. He focuses on Automobile liability claims, construction accidents, motorcycle claims and general liability claims.  Mr. Luthman is a Board Member of the New Jersey Defense Association where he educates other attorneys and promotes defense strategies for the insurance defense bar.
