Office manager and paralegal to John Weir, Esq., Ms. Dekovitch worked for many years as a legal assistant in a busy litigation law practice in Trenton, NJ before joining Weir Attorneys.

Paralegal to Rob Luthman, Esq., Ms. Nagel has over 12 years of legal experience and training, primarily in the areas of liability and insurance defense. A graduate of Rowan University, Kristin joined Weir Attorneys in 2017 after working for large defense firms in New York City and Middlesex County, New Jersey.

​Senior paralegal Deb has 37 years of personal injury litigation experience. She previously worked for Mercer County's largest personal injury firm before joining Weir Attorneys in 2017. She has a knack for maximizing client's recoveries and is recognized as a talent in the industry by her peers, attorneys, as well as retired and currently sitting judges.

Marta joined Weir Attorneys in 2021 after working for a small Trenton firm for 16 years. Born in Puerto Rico, she has lived in Trenton, New Jersey most of her life. Marta serves as administrative assistant to Deb Toth in the personal injury practice.
